Job summary
The Customization Group in Dubai, UAE is hiring an Affiliate & Outreach AI Visibility Specialist to own our off-page growth. You will manage affiliate partnerships, earn editorial coverage, and ensure earned links help AI answers cite our brands.
This on-site, mid-level role reports to the Marketing team and carries a AED 10,000-12,000 monthly salary. You’ll collaborate with agencies, fit AI tools into outreach, and drive paid and earned coverage across 20+ shops globally.
Qualifications
- Affiliate marketing experience (typically 3+ years)
- PR and outreach as daily work
- AI-first in how you work with hands-on AI tools for at least a year
- Track record of earned placements and signed partners
- Budget management and negotiation with partners/agencies
- Negotiation-level English for cross-country teamwork
Responsibilities
- Run the affiliate partner portfolio and manage relationships with agencies
- Own the affiliate budget and plan spend/placements
- Earn editorial placements and respond to journalist requests
- Design promotions that attract publishers and affiliates
- Prioritize high-authority publications and track AI-citation surface
- Create original assets (research, surveys, case studies) to earn links
- Align outreach with SEO and the wider Marketing team
