Praya Holding is seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager - Advertising/Media in Dubai to drive new client acquisition across the UAE, understand client requirements, present solutions, and close deals.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of UAE B2B sales, a background in advertising or digital marketing, and strong communication and negotiation skills. UAE driving licence is preferred; English is mandatory with Arabic/Hindi/Urdu as an advantage.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of UAE sales or business development experience.
• Background in advertising, events, digital marketing, corporate services, or B2B solution selling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking and closing skills.
• Ability to sell multiple services across different industries.
• Existing UAE business network will be an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• English is mandatory; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new clients across the UAE.
