Job summary

971 Hospitality Limited, a UAE-based hospitality group, is seeking a Restaurant Fit-Out Project Manager to lead the build-out of two new venues in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You will coordinate design, procurement, construction, and handover, managing contractors, consultants, and budgets to deliver on time and to standards reflecting the brand's dining concepts.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and operations teams, ensuring health and safety, regulatory approvals, and seamless pre-opening

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Engineering or related field.
• Proven UAE fit-out project experience in hospitality or F&B.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, kitchen requirements and safety.
• MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full fit-out lifecycle for both outlets.
• Coordinate design development, tendering and construction.
• Plan and coordinate parallel schedules and resources.
• Manage budgets, cost control and procurement.
• Lead tendering and contractor selection.
• Ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.
• Obtain approvals from Abu Dhabi and Dubai authorities.
• Coordinate MEP testing and handover.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and operations teams.
• Travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai as needed.
