Confidential Company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Projects Manager to lead new restaurant openings and refurbishment projects across the Emirates. You will drive projects from planning through handover, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with brand standards.

The role requires 8+ years in restaurant or hospitality project management, UAE experience, coordination with cross-functional teams, and strong stakeholder management; PMP or equivalent is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience within the restaurant, QSR, casual dining, hospitality, or retail food industry.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing restaurant fit-outs, refurbishments, MEP works, contractors, and authority approvals.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end restaurant opening and refurbishment projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, landlords, consultants and government authorities.
• Monitor project costs, quality, timelines and project risks.
• Ensure successful site handover and operational readiness.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across restaurant locations.
