Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Projects Manager to lead new restaurant openings and refurbishment projects across the UAE. You will manage projects from planning through fit-out, handover and opening, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and brand standards.

The role also oversees the Maintenance function across multiple restaurant locations, coordinating with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, landlords, consultants and authorities to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience within the restaurant, QSR, casual dining, hospitality, or retail food industry.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing restaurant fit-outs, refurbishments, MEP works, contractors, and authority approvals.
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial, and project planning skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end restaurant opening and refurbishment projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, landlords, consultants, and government authorities.
• Monitor project costs, quality, timelines, and project risks.
• Ensure successful site handover and operational readiness.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across restaurant locations.
