Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Cluster Sales Coordinator to support two Dubai properties — InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay and Kimpton Sevn Dubai. You will manage sales administration, client communications, and data integrity while assisting with pre-opening activities for the new hotel and ongoing operations for the established property.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• Experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or hospitality support.
• Ability to maintain databases, prepare reports, and manage business documentation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the cluster sales team.
• Coordinate sales appointments, meetings, and site inspections.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Maintain client databases and CRM records.
• Track enquiries, proposals, and follow-up actions.
• Support pre-opening activities for Kimpton Sevn Dubai.
• Maintain accuracy of sales data and reporting.
