Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Festival City is seeking a Cluster Reservations Agent to manage and process reservations across four hotels, using Opera PMS and delivering friendly service.

You should have at least 1 year front office or reservations experience, strong English, and working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Opera and Arabic are pluses.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum front office or reservations experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Advanced in writing and speaking English.
• Knowledge of Opera is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products and rates for your region.
• Monitor occupancy levels and communicate trends to the team.
• Handle amendments and cancellations for reservations.
• Prepare reports and follow up on traces daily.
