Driver – Guest Transport

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 3,000‑5,000 AED per month (subject to final offer).

Position Overview

Responsible for the safe, punctual, and professional transport of guests, key stakeholders, and official visitors in accordance with approved visit programs and transport department instructions. Requires knowledge of traffic laws, Arabic and English communication skills, and the discipline to support field missions, vehicle inspections, and organized transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport guests, visitors, and key stakeholders according to approved visit schedules and transportation programs.
• Follow instructions from the Transportation Department and direct supervisor regarding routes, timings, pickup points, and drop‑off requirements.
• Support periodic shifts within the department when official guests or stakeholders are present in the country.
• Inspect assigned vehicles before and after use to ensure road readiness, cleanliness, and safe operating condition.
• Report faults, cleaning needs, maintenance issues, and operational concerns to maintain vehicles used for field missions.
• Follow all traffic laws, road safety rules, internal transportation procedures, and assigned movement instructions.
• Drive in a professional, calm, and courteous manner, supporting guest comfort and safety.
• Assist with route planning, travel timing, and movement readiness for official or guest‑related transportation needs.
• Maintain basic transport records, trip details, vehicle condition notes, and supervisor updates as required.
• Communicate clearly in Arabic and English when dealing with supervisors, guests, stakeholders, and department staff.
• Support organizational and administrative tasks related to transportation operations as directed by the direct supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality, professional appearance, punctuality, and service discipline during all guest transport assignments.

Ideal Profile & Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 0‑2 years of experience in driving, guest transportation, stakeholder transport, field mission support, or similar transport operations.
• Male candidate required for this position.
• Strong driving skills with a clear commitment to traffic laws, road safety, and responsible vehicle handling.
• Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to follow approved visit programs, supervisor instructions, route schedules, and transport procedures accurately.
• Good awareness of vehicle inspection basics, cleanliness standards, and maintenance reporting.
• Professional attitude with the ability to interact respectfully with guests, stakeholders, and department representatives.
• Reliable, punctual, well‑organized, and able to work during periodic shifts when required.
