Job summary

Palo Alto Networks seeks a Domain Consultant/Solutions Engineer to join the Idira domain consulting team in the UAE. You’ll be the trusted technical advisor focusing on application-level and agentic AI secrets management, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering to position Idira solutions for customers.

You will help secure machine identities and secrets across DevOps pipelines, cloud-native apps, AI agents, and hybrid infra, delivering demos, POCs, and technical workshops while

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role.
• Strong understanding of DevOps tools (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Experience with cryptographic security technologies (SSL/TLS, SSH, PKI, and HSMs).
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, or autonomous AI workflows.
• Development experience in Python/Go/Java/Node.js and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build demos and sales presentations to showcase Idira technology.
• Conduct POC evaluations and articulate Idira’s value to win deals.
• Act as technical advisor for machine identity security during the sales cycle.
• Partner with Account Executives to communicate the value of Idira’s solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to map customer environments and goals.
