Job summary

The role includes supervising junior Document Control staff, supporting users of the drawing management system, and coordinating with designers and specialist suppliers to keep project information accurate and accessible in accordance with the Design

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in information management or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in the construction business.
• Intermediate IT skills, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Control incoming and outgoing documents in electronic and paper formats according to procedures.
• Maintain the document control system for all project information.
• Collate, monitor, record, and distribute information regularly.
