Job summary

Holovis in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a skilled Document Controller to manage project documentation across platforms such as Aconex, BIM 360, and ACC, ensuring compliance with project procedures and KPIs.

The role covers document lifecycles from submittals through distribution, reports, and transmittals, while safeguarding data integrity and supporting the Project Director with KPI-aligned reporting.

This full-time position requires UAE residence.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control for construction or multi-disciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Uploading, processing, and managing project documentation across platforms (Aconex, BIM 360, ACC) in line with approved procedures.
• Managing full lifecycle of project submittals: creation, issuance, review, approval, and distribution.
• Reviewing technical documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Generating and updating registers, reports, and files to track status and delays.
• Preparing and issuing transmittals through BIM 360 and Aconex with contractual review periods.
• Safeguarding client data integrity and confidentiality as per Services Agreement.
• Supporting the Project Director with accurate KPI-aligned reporting.
• Establishing and maintaining document control workflows, procedures, and formats.

We are looking for a skilled Document Controller to join our team for an exciting project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth document management processes across platforms such as Aconex, BIM 360, and ACC, while maintaining compliance with project procedures and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uploading, processing, and managing project documentation in Aconex, BIM 360, and ACC in line with approved Document Control procedures.
• Managing the full lifecycle of project submittals - creation, issuance, review, approval, and distribution.
• Reviewing and analyzing technical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Generating and updating registers, reports, and files to track documentation status and highlight potential delays.
• Preparing and issuing transmittals through BIM 360/Aconex and ensuring contractual review periods are met.
• Safeguarding integrity and confidentiality of client data as per Services Agreement.
• Supporting the Project Director with accurate reporting aligned with project KPIs.
• Establishing and maintaining document control workflows, procedures, and formats.

This is a full-time role based out of Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are seeking candidates currently based in the UAE.
