Job summary

STAR SERVICES LLC. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented asset documentation specialist to manage and control asset-related paperwork. You will ensure documents are accurate, complete, and properly linked to SAP asset codes.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and Reliability teams, maintain trackers, update SAP records and work orders, and uphold stringent document control practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control and asset documentation.
• Proficiency with SAP asset records and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience handling drawings, manuals, spare parts and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify and maintain asset-related documents.
• Upload and link documents to the correct SAP asset codes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance and Reliability teams.
• Maintain document trackers and master spreadsheets.
• Update SAP records and Work Orders.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and proper document control.
