Job summary

Star Services is seeking an experienced Diving Supervisor (Offshore) to oversee and coordinate offshore diving operations in the UAE. The role involves planning, supervising, and reporting on diving activities carried out by the contracted diving company.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years total experience with 5+ years in diving, strong offshore supervision skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and CAD. English fluency is required for effective coordination with teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
• At least 5 years of diving-related experience.
• Strong offshore operational and supervisory background.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CAD.
• Ability to interpret pipeline, electrical cable, and jack-up rig positioning drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise offshore diving operations.
• Coordinate the following activities performed by the appointed diving contractor: Seabed survey of jack-up rig positioning areas (water depth: 30–80 ft); Installation of marker buoys on pipelines and electrical cables for jack-up rig movement; Cleanup of spud areas for new drilling locations; Sinker movement and positioning; Subsea inspections, as required.
• Prepare and submit: Diving operation plans; Daily work reports; Job completion reports.

Position: Diving Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Diving Supervisor to oversee and coordinate offshore diving operations for our client in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience
• At least 5 years of diving-related experience
• Strong offshore operational and supervisory background
• Good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CAD
• Ability to interpret pipeline, electrical cable, and jack-up rig positioning drawings

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise offshore diving operations
• Coordinate the following activities performed by the appointed diving contractor:
  • Seabed survey of jack-up rig positioning areas (water depth: 30–80 ft)
