Job summary

Naukrigulf e-hire is seeking a results-driven sales and district operations leader to oversee performance, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence across the assigned territory in the United Arab Emirates.

The successful candidate will develop and implement sales and business development strategies, lead and motivate the team, and build strong relationships with customers while pursuing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, or district/territory management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data, identify market opportunities, and solve business challenges.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district as required.
