Job summary

Al Tayer Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a dispatch support member to assist the Dispatch team with timely material movement and adherence to the installation schedule.

The role focuses on organizing finished goods for site delivery, checking packing integrity, and maintaining records of returns, with 2–3 years of relevant experience and a minimum senior secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dispatch team in dispatching as required and as instructed by the respective artisan.
• Arrange finished material to be dispatched to the site in an organized and timely manner enabling the site workmen to adhere to the installation schedule and meet the contractual agreement
• Follow daily dispatch schedules and prioritize deliveries as instructed by Dispatch Supervisor.
• Check and arrange proper packing of finished products and ensure transportation of materials to site without any damage
• Receive returned materials from site, verify them against delivery notes and maintain accurate records of all returned materials
