Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Dubai is seeking a capable Dispatch Coordinator to support the dispatch team in delivering materials to sites according to the installation schedule. You will assist with arranging finished goods, checking packing, and ensuring safe, timely transport.

With 2–3 years in logistics or dispatch, you will maintain delivery records, prioritize daily schedules, and help meet contractual agreements while coordinating with site workmen and the dispatch supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior Secondary School educational requirement.
• 2–3 years experience in dispatch or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dispatch team in dispatching as required and as instructed by the respective artisan.
• Arrange finished material to be dispatched to the site in an organized and timely manner enabling the site workmen to adhere to the installation schedule and meet the contractual agreement
• Follow daily dispatch schedules and prioritize deliveries as instructed by Dispatch Supervisor.
• Check and arrange proper packing of finished products and ensure transportation of materials to site without any damage
• Receive returned materials from site, verify them against delivery notes and maintain accurate records of all returned materials
