Job summary

InterContinental Abu Dhabi is seeking a Club Lounge Receptionist to deliver a personalized, high-level guest experience within the Club Lounge. You will be a key liaison for Club Lounge guests, blending Front Office expertise with guest engagement to recognize VIPs and ensure seamless arrival through departure.

The role requires a warm, polished personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office or guest services in luxury hotels.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Club Lounge guests and provide personalized, attentive, professional service.
• Manage check-in/check-out procedures for Club Lounge guests.
• Recognize VIPs and IHG One Rewards members and acknowledge preferences.
• Build relationships with guests and anticipate needs during their stay.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel facilities, dining, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and update preferences in the system.
• Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation, and special occasions.
• Communicate guest preferences and VIP information to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge and Housekeeping to ensure seamless service.
• Take ownership of requests and follow up to ensure completion.
