Job summary

Redstone Private Banking Search in Dubai is seeking a Treasury Specialist at Associate Director/Director level to join a global bank and drive Capital Markets Product Solutions across Structured Notes, FX, Fixed Income and Equities. You will work with Relationship Managers to meet targets and promote CMPS offerings while leveraging 5–10 years of treasury sales experience in retail and priority banking.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years’ relevant working and sales experience in treasury sales covering Retail/Priority Banking segment.
• Strong aptitude for sales, business prospects management and deal closure.
• Extensive knowledge of financial markets products such as but not limited to Structured Products, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and Equities.
• Responsible for meeting assigned targets and contributing to Capital Markets Product Solutions budgets on CMPS products.
• Proactive engagement with Relationship Managers in marketing CMPS products and enhancing business turnover.
• Strengthen retail clients’ customer base product penetration in the CMPS product suite.
