• Drive expansion and scaling of the TMTT business across EEMEA.
• Lead launches of TMTT innovations in partnership with Global and European units.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand patient access via reimbursement and partnerships.
• Build a high-performing regional organization with strong leadership development and retention.
• Establish Centers of Excellence and Key Opinion Leader partnerships to accelerate adoption.
