Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of department staff, allocation of work, development and training, and performance evaluation.
• Plan and manage budgeting for the department.
• Ensure university software solutions meet needs across e-learning, administration, academia, and research, consulting with stakeholders.
• Proactively anticipate future software needs and plan accordingly.
• Ensure 100% availability of all applications and adopt cloud-native services.
