Job summary

ZainTECH is seeking a Director of Digital Solutions Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery across digital process automation, experience management, application modernization, and immersive experiences. You will drive governance, strategy, and value realization for complex client engagements, with emphasis on cloud-native transformation and security.

Applicants should bring 10+ years in digital delivery, strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, and a track record of delivering programs

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience leading complex digital-transformation, technology-delivery, systems-integration, or professional-services programmes.
Experience managing multi-project or enterprise digital portfolios with budgets, contracts, delivery governance, risks, resources, and client expectations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, delivery managers, project managers, architects, engineers, and cloud specialists.
Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies including waterfall, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, hybrid programme management, DevSecOps, and IT service-management practices.
Experience with platforms such as UiPath, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, cloud hyperscalers, container platforms, API-management solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in related fields; a master’s is preferred and relevant certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end Digital Solutions Delivery across four pillars and ensure on-time, within-budget, quality-focused outcomes.
Direct planning, governance, and integrated delivery plans with stakeholders, architects, and operations.
Oversee execution of Digital Process & Automation, Experience Management, Application Modernization, and Immersive initiatives to meet SLAs.
Manage budgets, forecasts, revenue realization, margins, and commercial performance.
Foster innovation, best practices, and disciplined delivery through automation, cloud-native practices, and DevSecOps.
