Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related field.
• AWS certifications like AWS Certified Associate and Professional level certifications.
• PMP certification.
• TOGAF certification is an advantage.
• Master's degree in a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of department staff, including work allocation, development and training, and problem resolution.
• Handle planning and budgeting, with regular monitoring and assessment.
• Ensure university software solutions meet e-learning, administration, academia, research, and training needs.
• Consult with stakeholders to analyze, recommend, and implement software solutions.
• Aim for 100% availability of all applications and implement suitable technology solutions.
• Promote best software development practices and continuous improvement plans.
• Ensure ISMS guidelines are followed and security issues are reported promptly.
