Job summary

Talabat in the UAE, part of Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Director of Total Rewards to shape compensation, benefits and incentive programs across the organization. You will advise senior leaders and ensure rewards strategy aligns with talent and business goals.

You will lead a rewards team, drive benchmarking, analytics, governance, and partner with Finance and HR to deliver scalable, market-competitive programs across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Consulting
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits design and/or HR Analytics
• Strong collaboration and business partnering capabilities with data-driven influence
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Talabat's Total Rewards strategy across geographies and roles
• Advise senior leaders on compensation frameworks and market benchmarking
• Lead design and execution of base salary structures, incentive plans and LTI
• Oversee annual rewards cycles including salary reviews and payouts
• Lead compensation benchmarking initiatives and cost simulations
• Develop scalable benefits offerings aligned with business goals
• Manage a Rewards team and collaborate with Finance, TA and HR leaders
