Job summary

Dubai Holding Group Services is seeking a Director – Source to Pay Excellence to lead a enterprise-wide transformation of S2P services across Procurement, Contracting, Vendor Management and P2P. This senior role requires executive-level influence, roadmap delivery, and cross-functional mobilisation to deliver measurable value.

The successful candidate will build a high-performing S2P Excellence capability, partner with Group Services, Dubai Holding verticals, DHIT, Procurement and Finance, and

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in a related field; business, supply chain, or finance.
• 10+ years in procurement, S2P, or enterprise transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and ERP-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Source-to-Pay excellence agenda across Procurement, Contracting, Vendor Management, Supplier Enablement and Purchase-to-Pay, ensuring transformation priorities are aligned to business needs and Group Services objectives.
• Develop practical transformation roadmaps, business cases and implementation plans that improve service quality, cycle time, compliance, user experience and value delivery.
• Lead prioritisation of transformation opportunities using VOC input, operational data, service metrics and strategic value potential.
• Partner with IT and technology suppliers to ensure system enhancements and digital enablement are business-led and well governed.
