Job summary

Dubai Limited Investment LLC in Dubai seeks a seasoned Head of Supply Chain to develop and execute end-to-end procurement and logistics strategies across the business. You will lead sourcing, warehousing, inventory and distribution functions, while driving supplier relationships and contract negotiations.

The role focuses on cost reduction, process improvement and achieving operational excellence, with accountability for KPIs, budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of supply chain and procurement experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong expertise in procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
• Proven ability to deliver cost savings and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, inventory and distribution functions.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, contract negotiations and vendor performance.
• Drive cost reduction, process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and supply continuity.
• Monitor supply chain performance via KPIs, analytics and reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost control activities.
• Build, mentor and develop high-performing supply chain teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements and sustainability objectives.
