Job summary

Dubai Holding Group Services in Dubai seeks an experienced Associate Director – Sourcing – Corporate Services to lead strategic sourcing across Marketing, IT and Corporate Services, delivering innovation, efficiency and measurable value.

You will oversee spend analysis, market intelligence, contract development and supplier management, align with senior stakeholders, and ensure governance and cost optimization across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in large-scale procurement organizations or leading consultancies.
• Experience with procurement systems such as Oracle Fusion or SAP Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies across Marketing, IT, and Corporate Services.
• Oversee spend analysis, market intelligence, cost assessments, contract development, and supplier relationship management.
• Guide the team to follow standardized sourcing processes and governance.
• Deliver cost optimization initiatives and value-creation projects.

Job Overview

Dubai Holding Group Services is seeking an experienced sourcing leader to join as Associate Director – Sourcing – Corporate Services. This is a strategic role where you will manage three critical categories: Marketing, IT, and Corporate Services, driving sourcing strategies that deliver innovation, efficiency, and measurable value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies across Marketing, IT, and Corporate Services.
• Oversee spend analysis, market intelligence, cost assessments, contract development, and supplier relationship management.
• Guide the team to follow standardized sourcing processes and governance.
• Deliver cost optimization initiatives and value-creation projects.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Integrate market insights into sourcing plans and supplier strategies.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with budgets and frameworks.

About You

We’re looking for a professional who brings:

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Solid experience in one or more of the following categories: Marketing, IT, or Corporate Services.
• Experience in large-scale procurement organizations or leading consultancies will be highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (CIPS or Project Management certifications preferred).
• 10–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, spend analysis, supplier relationship management, and procurement systems (e.g. Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba). Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable financial and operational value.
• Ability to interpret complex data, assess market trends, and make strategic recommendations that influence decisions.
