Job summary

Radisson Hotel Fujairah is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to join the opening team and drive the hotel's sales strategy across corporate, leisure, groups and meetings & events segments.

You will lead the sales team, develop key accounts, and build strong relationships with corporate partners, travel trade, DMCs, and government entities while aligning with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to maximise opportunities.

• Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in senior leadership roles.

Join the Opening Team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah!

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for building business? We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join the opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in positioning a new hotel in the market. You will lead the hotel's sales strategy, develop key accounts and partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue across corporate, leisure, groups and Meetings & Events segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the hotel's sales strategy in line with overall commercial objectives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Sales team to achieve individual and hotel revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across key market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, DMCs, government entities and other key business partners.
• Manage key accounts and conduct regular sales calls, client visits and market activities.
• Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to maximise business opportunities and hotel performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Represent Radisson Hotel Fujairah at industry events, networking opportunities, trade shows and sales activities.
• Play an active role in establishing the hotel's commercial presence and account base during the pre-opening phase.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably as a Director of Sales, Assistant Director of Sales or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and key business segments.
• A well-established network of corporate, travel trade and industry contacts is an advantage.
• Strong business development, negotiation and account management skills.
• Commercially driven with a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of hotel revenue and market performance.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE and pre-opening hotel experience are highly desirable.
