Key Responsibilities

• Be familiar with the Dubai Market
• Have knowledge of DIP, Science Park, Studio City, Jabel Ali, Dubai South, DIC
• Prefer international, GCC, UAE experience
• Native Arabic speaker is a plus
• Manage all aspects of the hotel’s sales team initiatives
• Maximize the revenue and growth of the hotel by directing revenue‑generating activities in accordance with the business plan
• Drive new business for your hotel
• Build effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized

Qualifications

• Achieve sales goals by managing the sales team
• A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and ability to demonstrate excellent standards and sales productivity
• Commercially astute, multi‑tasker motivated by challenge
• Driven and ambitious to increase productivity and sales volume with appropriate techniques
