• Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE hospitality market and key business segments.
• Well-established network of corporate, travel trade and industry contacts an advantage.
• Excellent business development, negotiation and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel's sales strategy in line with commercial objectives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners and agencies.
• Manage key accounts and conduct regular sales calls and visits.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to maximise opportunities.
• Represent Radisson Hotel Fujairah at industry events and pre-opening activities.
