Salt in the UAE is seeking a Director of Information Technology to shape the technology strategy across a large entertainment business. This senior role links business goals with technology delivery.

You will lead enterprise architecture, major transformation programmes, and oversee customer-facing platforms such as ticketing, CRM, and loyalty. You will work with executive leadership, manage budgets, and guide multiple programmes simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ownership of large transformation programmes.
• Strong exposure to enterprise architecture, PMO and IT operations.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology strategy and investment portfolio for entertainment operations.
• Lead major transformation programmes and technology initiatives.
• Oversee customer-facing platforms including ticketing, booking, POS, CRM, loyalty and digital signage.
• Drive architecture, systems integration and service operations.
• Ensure technology delivers measurable improvements in customer experience, revenue and efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders.
• Lead teams and budgets across multiple technology programmes.
