Salt in the UAE is seeking a Director of Information Technology to shape the technology strategy across a large entertainment business. This senior role links business goals with technology delivery.

You will lead enterprise architecture, major transformation programmes, and oversee customer-facing platforms such as ticketing, CRM, and loyalty. You will work with executive leadership, manage budgets, and guide multiple programmes simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ownership of large transformation programmes.
• Strong exposure to enterprise architecture, PMO and IT operations.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Owning the technology strategy and investment portfolio across entertainment operations
• Leading major transformation programmes and technology initiatives
• Overseeing customer-facing platforms including ticketing, booking, POS, CRM, loyalty and digital signage
• Driving architecture, systems integration and service operations
• Ensuring technology delivers measurable improvements across customer experience, revenue and operational efficiency
• Working closely with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders
• Leading teams, budgets and multiple technology programmes simultaneously

We’re looking for someone with:

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience
• Strong experience within entertainment, hospitality, retail or other high-volume customer-facing environments
• Proven ownership of enterprise technology portfolios and large transformation programmes
• Strong exposure to customer-facing applications and operational technology
