Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. seeks an experienced Director of Human Resources to join the leadership team of a premier Hotel & Residences in Abu Dhabi.

You will lead the full HR function, leveraging a strong UAE hospitality background to drive strategy and people delivery across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have proven HR leadership at director/senior level within hospitality, with deep knowledge of local employment practices and a hands-on, commercially minded approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Director / senior HR leader within hospitality.
• Strong UAE experience and knowledge of local employment practices.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management capability.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational level.
