COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join the leadership team of a well-established Hotel & Residences in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead the full HR function in a hotel environment with strong UAE hospitality background.

The role requires strategic and hands-on HR leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. Salary is negotiable with accommodation and standard benefits.

• Proven experience as an HR Director / senior HR leader within hospitality
• Strong UAE experience and knowledge of local employment practices
