InGenius Prep in Dubai seeks an Office Director to establish new operations, form corporate partnerships, assist marketing planning, and develop the sales workflow. You will work with the Managing Director of the US and drive growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role emphasizes building partnerships, managing sales cycles, and coordinating events with a strong focus on Mandarin-speaking families and the education market.

Qualifications

• Native Mandarin speaker.
• At least two years of experience in the education industry; candidates with significant experience in sales, recruitment or enrollment may also be considered.
• A degree from a US university.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with attention to detail.
• Proven experience in sales or business development and a talented public speaker.

Responsibilities

• Grow B2B partnerships and B2C channels (e.g., WeChat groups) and other partners/affiliates.
• Meet families, follow up with leads, build personal connections, and manage the sales process.
• Plan and execute regional marketing events; coordinate with partners and marketing teams to ensure high-quality events and lead generation.
• Travel about 15% locally, 85% remote.
