Job summary

Hex Trust is seeking a VP/Director Senior Sales for Cross-border Payments Solutions. You will lead origination in APAC and GCC, selling payment infrastructure to PSPs, fintechs, and institutions, with a strong emphasis on programmable stablecoin payments and API-driven integrations.

You will manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to close, and collaborate with product, operations, and legal to deliver smooth onboarding and integration.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in institutional or B2B sales, with payments experience.
• Proven track record selling payment infrastructure to PSPs, fintechs, or banks.
• Active network in APAC and/or GCC payments ecosystems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial cycle: prospecting, structuring, closing, and integration coordination.
• Originate PSP, acquirer, fintech, and payment-infrastructure clients across APAC and GCC.
• Translate regulated, API-first capabilities into commercial wins with stakeholders.
