The position emphasizes strategic marketing, revenue management, and talent development within a luxury hospitality context, guiding a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and financial results.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in luxury hotel sales and marketing leadership.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and profitability across multiple segments.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of the annual marketing plan and budget.
• Direct a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop strategic relationships with national and international accounts.
• Coordinate with F&B and events to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and provide corrective actions when needed.
• Represent the hotel in industry events and trade shows.
