Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Marketing Executive to support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives. You’ll drive brand visibility, engage audiences, and align activities with luxury standards and commercial goals.

You’ll collaborate with social media, events, and creative teams, manage activations, and contribute to monthly reports while maintaining high brand integrity across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing within a luxury hospitality group; luxury resort experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management, and promotional activities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual marketing plan execution across the property.
• Coordinate with revenue teams to align objectives and timely delivery.
• Oversee photoshoots, video shoots, and content projects with brand alignment.
• Manage micro-projects and activations with creative consistency.
• Prepare clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables for campaigns.
• Support internal communications and brand-aligned collateral.
