Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an accredited university.
• ITIL V3 certification; other certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Apple) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to learners, staff, and faculty face to face or remotely with remote tools.
• Log, follow up, and close support tickets in a timely manner.
• Support external/internal events including requirements collection, testing, and setup.
