Job summary

ADIB Group in Dubai seeks Head of Cards Product to lead development and management of card products, shaping strategic direction and driving growth.

You will guide cross-functional teams across technology, marketing, compliance and operations to deliver innovative card solutions and achieve market leadership.

The role requires deep payments industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of launching successful card products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in product management, development or related roles within the payments industry.
• Proven track record of launching and managing card products in a competitive market environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for ADIB card products portfolio aligning with business objectives and market trends.
• Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation to enhance ADIB competitive position in the market.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the conceptualization, design and development of new card products and features.
• Collaborate with technology, marketing, compliance and Sharia and operations teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Define product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria based on market research and customer feedback.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure performance and success of card products.
• Analyze product performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Implement strategies to drive card product adoption, usage and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing card products and payments.
