Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced product lead to own end-to-end BRDs for card products and digital banking features, coordinating API requirements with Way4 and ensuring scheme compliance. You will manage migrations, data validation, and reconciliation while aligning with regulatory obligations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BRDs for card products and digital banking features (debit, credit, prepaid) and card management workflows.
• Coordinate with core card management and processing systems (Way4) to define API-level requirements.
• Manage relationships with card schemes and processors (VISA, Jaywan) on launches, scheme compliance, and issue resolution.
• Lead card migration and platform transition projects, including production support coordination, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Define and document customer-facing flows for card lifecycle events: activation, block/replace, freeze/unfreeze, top-up, and digital wallet provisioning (Apple/Google Pay).
• Investigate and resolve operational issues related to card processing, settlement, reconciliation, and third‑party integrations.
• Prepare and present stakeholder updates on product launches, roadmaps, and project status to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure requirements and product features align with regulatory and compliance obligations, including sanctions screening, KYC, and consumer protection standards.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of card and digital banking initiatives.
