Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Product Manager for Credit Cards with 5+ years in financial services. You will support P&L management, coordinate with product development and technology teams, and use data to uncover opportunities and drive decision making.

You will collaborate with business partners to meet timelines, plan campaigns, and monitor KPIs to grow credit card spend and revenue while ensuring service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
• 5+ years in Product Management within Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of cards & payments.
• Experience managing relationships with external partners.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Line Manager in P&L management of Credit Cards.
• Liaison with product development and technology teams for card-related requirements.
• Use data to uncover opportunities, track performance and drive decisions.
• Work with partners to ensure timely business solutions and implementations.
• Plan and execute Credit Card campaigns to increase spends, acquisition and revenue.
• Coordinate with Personal Banking teams on business requirements for acquisition opportunities.
• Review MIS related to consumer card products and identify key drivers.
• Ensure KPIs for service and quality are met and provide regular reporting.
• Address ad-hoc requests and maintain partner engagement and satisfaction.
