You will work closely with the Central Cognita Hub to drive conversions, engagement, and retention across families, designing events and moments that build trust and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or relationship management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a customer‑focused role.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead admissions and parent experience team to deliver a seamless enrolment process.
• Oversee communications CRM data quality and stakeholder engagement.
• Plan and deliver parent-focused events and retention initiatives.
