Job summary

Rugby School Dubai is seeking an Admissions Officer to deliver a seamless admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment, providing prospective families with an exceptional level of service at every stage.

The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for families, building strong relationships, managing applications efficiently and supporting enrolment targets with coordinated events and data reporting. This role sits with Aldar Education in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years in admissions, enrolment or customer experience.
• Experience with CRM systems such as iSAMS or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment and onboarding.
• Act as a trusted contact for families, guiding on curriculum and ethos.
• Proactively manage the admissions pipeline to convert enquiries into applications.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, tours and offer processes.
• Maintain admissions data accurately and generate regular reports.
• Collaborate with curriculum, finance, marketing and operations teams.
