Competenze
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Certifications in rewards, compensation, or analytics are advantageous.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Performance, or OD.
Mansioni
- Design, implement, and govern global compensation and benefits frameworks.
- Lead benchmarking, market pricing, and salary structure reviews across geographies.
- Drive performance management framework implementation, calibration, and insights.
- Develop job architecture, grading structures, and governance for global roles.
- Create workforce analytics dashboards and drive data-informed decisions.
