Job summary

Arada in Dubai is seeking a People Analytics & AI Manager to own the global people data strategy, governance and reporting. You will define the data model, ensure data quality across entities, and lead AI experimentation within People Experience.

Reporting to the HR Systems and Innovation Lead, you will build the PX reporting layer, translate data into insights, drive AI use cases, and collaborate with PX, IT and partners to scale value while upholding privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in people analytics, HR data, HR technology or a closely related analytics function.
• Ownership of an HR data model and its definitions across systems and jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical craft with SQL and at least one language such as Python or R, plus BI platforms (Power BI or Tableau).
• Genuine HR fluency to discuss numbers with business partners across employee lifecycle.
• Strong AI literacy with demonstrable MVPs and built workflows.
• Experience with major HRIS platforms and data integration.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative, information systems, business or HR; analytics certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Group people data model and data dictionary.
• Ensure people data quality through rules, monitoring and remediation.
• Build and maintain the PX reporting layer for operational and executive use.
• Turn data into insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Own data integration workstream of Arada's Group HRIS and reporting readiness.
• Champion and build AI workflows, MVPs and pilots for People Experience.
• Collaborate with AI, Data and IT to scale prototypes into production.
• Drive data and AI literacy across PX and self-service usage.
• Ensure privacy, security and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
