Arada in Dubai is seeking a People Analytics & AI Manager to own data strategy, governance, and the use of AI across HR. The role combines strategic and hands‑on work at the intersection of HR, data and AI.

You will define data models, ensure data quality across entities, and design reporting for PX teams and executives. This role requires strong SQL, BI skills and HRIS experience, in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years in people analytics or HR data roles.
• Ownership of HR data models and data governance.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills; experience with BI tools.
• Ability to translate business questions into technical requirements.

Mansioni

• Define and own the Group people data model, master data structures and data dictionary.
• Maintain data quality with clear rules and monitoring across jurisdictions.
• Build and maintain the PX reporting layer for teams and executives.
• Turn data into insight and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Own data integration workstream of Arada's Group HRIS, including migration mapping and reporting readiness.
• Champion and build AI across People Experience, prototypes to MVPs, with measurable value.
• Collaborate with AI, Data and IT to move prototypes to productive solutions.
• Drive data and AI literacy across PX for self-service and better decision making.
• Ensure people data privacy and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
