Job summary

Emirates Global Aluminium is seeking a Senior Associate to drive strategy development, lead work-streams, and mentor associates across global assets. You will develop financial models for project assessments and support execution of strategic initiatives in coordination with business areas.

You will also oversee ad-hoc requests, analyze investment opportunities, and contribute to EGA’s decarbonization journey through strategic acquisitions and innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Strategy or related specialization.
• 5 years relevant experience in Strategy, Finance or related business analysis in a reputable organization (consulting firm or investment bank).

Responsibilities

• Drives, assists on and leads one or more work-streams that contribute to the development of EGA’s strategy and business objectives.
• Supports definition and execution of EGA strategic priorities and the annual strategy development process.
• Supports the review, analysis, and syndication of new investment opportunities across the value chain and on a global basis.
• Develops performance improvement initiatives / projects with measurable bottom line impact.
• Interprets results from project components and builds strong business cases for new initiatives.
• Gathers, synthesizes, analyzes projects and presents findings to EGA’s Executive committee.
• Mentor Associates to transfer knowledge and build sustained capability.
