Job summary

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) seeks an experienced HR Project Manager to lead selected OE & Talent Development initiatives and cross-functional workstreams. You will ensure projects deliver value, meet KPIs, and align with EGA’s growth strategy while coordinating with stakeholders across the organisation.

You will drive project conception, planning, execution, control, and closeout, fostering a learning-oriented culture and timely adoption of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent; preferably with a postgraduate degree.
• 5 years HR experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Employee lifecycle, HR systems and processes.
• Understanding of organisation effectiveness and development concepts.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and initiate HR projects aligned to organisational strategy.
• Plan, define scope, budget, timelines, and resources for each project.
• Deliver projects with clear ownership and stakeholder involvement.
• Track performance, report progress, and keep plans on schedule and budget.
• Lead change management and ensure effective project handover to operations.
• Collaborate across EGA and external parties to drive results.
