Job summary

Inception42, a G42 company, seeks a Director – Solution Engineering (Partners) to lead technical enablement and ongoing success of its partner ecosystem, including system integrators and resellers, across global markets.

The role sits at the intersection of solution engineering, partner enablement, and scalable technical advocacy, building frameworks and programs to empower partners to architect and deliver Inception’s AI portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise AI or software solutions.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into scalable training materials and assets.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures and cloud integrations.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales through workshops and RFx responses.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms and AI services.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner enablement and technical activation across the partner ecosystem.
• Develop onboarding programs, solution deep-dives, and training materials.
• Build a Partner Tech Certification curriculum with paths and assessments.
• Create reusable demo environments and technical assets.
• Support partner-led customer engagements with architecture guidance.
