As Director - Software Engineering, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, set technical direction, and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable software, data, and ML systems across product delivery and R&D.

Qualifications

Strong engineering fundamentals and a track record of leading diverse teams
Experience shipping and operating production software, data or ML systems at scale
Deep understanding of data infrastructure, MLOps, quality engineering, DevSecOps and SDLC
Ability to translate objectives into technical strategy and architecture priorities
Sound judgment across reliability, security, performance, cost and delivery speed
Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical teams with stakeholders

Responsibilities

Set engineering direction and priorities in line with product, technology, and business objectives.
Lead and support engineering managers and senior technical leaders across multidisciplinary teams.
Foster an ownership-driven, collaborative engineering culture with continuous improvement.
Plan and deliver complex initiatives with trade-offs on scope, time, and cost.
Guide architecture and decisions across software, data, ML pipelines, and deployment systems.
Improve scalability, reliability, and operability of production data and ML systems.
